Deep as a puddle

So I thought I should write a little something here, because I haven't written anything this week. And the reason I haven't written anything this week is because I haven't done anything interesting lately... so I decided to recycle some old artwork and unveil it to you beautiful people, as something new.. even thought it's not.. It was on my mind though because I had an idea of working on something similar now, just for kicks. So here it is, It doesn't look very nice in such a small size and low quality, but you get the idea:

So in an attempt to seem deep or insightful I'll explain some of the symbolism behind it:

It's supposed to depict hope. So all the darkness on the left side is the absence of hope while the lightbulb is the coming of hope and how it shines through the darkness. Also the contrast between the cartoon plants and the realistic landscape is supposed to depict the contrast between grief and hope.

Yeah, that's right.

Soup du jour: coup du poings, and coconut pancakes.
